Hannah Erdman

Hannah joined Ramphastos as legal counsel in 2025. She is responsible for structuring, deal execution, finance documentation and general legal affairs. Prior to joining Ramphastos, Hannah spent five years at Freshfields LLP where she focused on public and private M&A, multi-jurisdictional restructurings, (cross-border) mergers and spin-offs, corporate governance, joint ventures and private equity structures. Hannah holds a law degree from Leiden University, with further studies at the University of Sydney, Utrecht University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
